OMGZ AN UPDATE!

finally! an update! unfortunately over the winter we just kept lucy stock so that we had one car that could survive the (potential) snow and be the good little grocery getter that she is (especially since we sold jessie). anyway, this time we were swapping my stock lights for euro spec ones. mmm euro.

first, there was this sitting outside of chics and wings in mclean (mmmm awesome wings and worth standing around for 20 minutes waiting for a table. thank you for the suggestion norm!)

our neighbor had some car problems that we helped him out with. another neighbor asked if that was the new hip thing to do, pull up your car and pop the hood (obviously she's never been to a car show)

we were hoping to be able to swap everything without having to take off the bumper but Jason refused to let me half ass it (thanks boo)

we only broke all but one of the tabs ^5

in order to get the ecodes to fit properly there has to be some joey modding. unfortunately Jason found out little lucy had been in some sort of altercation prior to my ownership, things didn't line up quite right but with the help with an equally aggressive neighbor and a crowbar everything now lines up more or less perfectly

gotta love the $89 eye protectors with the jewel details

we decided while we were at it we may as well we repaint the front lip and all those leetle accessories to clean everything up a little. it's amazing what a little bit of flat black krylon can do.

again with the overpriced (but affective! 100% UV protection) eye protection

of course I forgot to take after photos
